Hercu joined ALEC in 2006 and brought with him a wealth of experience. Hercu currently oversees all the management and commercial development of the Related Businesses ensuring that all the brands are aligned with the values and culture of the company. He leads the innovation team providing new directions and a solid vision for the future of the company. He focuses on identifying new opportunities to grow and expand further afield.
